Very sweet and rather pleasant taste – my kids love to take this supplement. B12 as methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin are well-absorbing forms. In the case of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin, the liver does not need to do any extra work to convert it to B12. Seems like a good b12 supplement, i am very low in b12 and this works fairly well in comparisson to other brands. It also tastes nice which is a bonus

Little one takes a full dropper once a day. Is buzzing afterwards with positive energy and seems to be concentrating/focusing better in class.
